The general conditions for using this site and starting project work with ALEETRIX.
Using this website
Use the site to understand ALEETRIX services and submit legitimate project inquiries. Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, overload, scrape protected information from or misuse the platform.
Quotes and project scope
Website prices describe standard one-time packages. A project begins only after scope, price, payment terms and responsibilities are confirmed. Additional pages, integrations, assets or revision rounds may require a revised quote.
Client responsibilities
Accurate information, required content, approvals and feedback must be provided in time for the agreed schedule. Delays or material scope changes can change delivery dates.
Intellectual property
Site content, brand assets and underlying reusable tools remain owned by their respective owners. Rights in custom client deliverables transfer only as stated in the project agreement and after required payment.
Third-party services
Projects may use third-party hosting, messaging, analytics, AI or integration services. Their availability, terms and pricing are outside our direct control and will be identified where relevant to the scope.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee search rankings, advertising approval, traffic, leads, revenue or other business outcomes. Results depend on the market, offer, competition, traffic, content, follow-up and factors outside the build.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability connected to a paid project is limited to the fees paid for the affected work. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
